Steel balls factor

Regarding the assembled products cleaning, the cleaning machine takes process of first ultrasonic then spray cleaning. The spay cleaning adopting multi-stage spray process, tremendously increased the bearing cleanliness and lower the bearing vibration and noise.
Grease factor
Bearing grease is critical for lower bearing vibration and noise. Fine grease can not only longer the bearing life, but also reduce bearing vibration and noise. For those motors has special requirements on noise, the grease selection is especially important. KDKD bearing can select different grease as per customer's requirements to ensure the bearing vibration and noise meeting customer's special application requirements.
